Slide Of The Year Competitions
- 46. The ‘Year’ being the Ashford Photographic Society season September to May./li>
- 47. Up to five slides may be entered by each member. These slides must have had their first showing in a league competition during the current season to qualify. Entries must be handed in one week before the competition. All entries will be projected and the title, if any, read out.
- 48. Marking will be by those Society members present at the time of viewing using the Society’s scoring system, all entries to be marked. In case of a tie for first place a tie-break system shall operate whereby the slide which obtained the greater number of top awards shall be the winner.

Youth Trophy
- 49. To be awarded annually to the person(s) 20 years of age or under in the 1st September immediately preceding the commencement of the season, totalling the highest number of marks in both the print and slide leagues together, irrespective of class.
Please Note:
In view of the large number of trophies currently available for competition the Committee retains the right to decline any offer of a new trophy.
